White wine from white Cretan grape varieties. It is produced with classic white winemaking methods. It has a pale greenish color and a balanced body. Crisp acidity and moderate aftertaste. With aromas of green apple and citrus. Best served at 10-12 ºC. It pairs ideally with seafood & grilled meats, soft cheeses.
